I wanted to ask about the Halloween party. The tickets. First do you have to purchase a ticket even if your not trick or treating. And what all does the ticket include? Are rides open for this event or is it just for trick or treating?

    Hi Talisa,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! In order to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party you will need to purchase a ticket, even if you do not take part in Trick-Or-Treating.

Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade takes place during the Party, and it's one of my family's favorite Parades. The Headless Horseman starts off the festivities and the floats, costumes, and music are amazing! (my own personal favorite part of the Parade is the Grave Diggers) Happy HalloWishes fireworks display is "spook"tacular and, of course, you have the choice of collecting plenty of candy as you make your way through each section of the Park.

Another Event that that takes place only during the Party is Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular. Join the mischievous Sanderson Sisters from Disney’s “Hocus Pocus” at the steps of Cinderella Castle as they return to the mortal world for one night during the Halloween season. The three sisters will to use their magic powers to throw a "monstrously" fun Party!

Select Attractions are open for Guests to enjoy during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. You will have the opportunity to ride the Attractions when the crowds are "scare"ce. You'll also get to see Magic Kingdom Park completely decked out in fall finery. The "spirits" of the season can be seen all throughout the Park. In my opinion, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is great fun for all ages!

    Wishing you a "Boo"tiful vacation!
