Can I wait until I arrive at the park to make fast pass+ selections? Are regular fast pass tickets available while I have fast pass + reservations?Should I choose attractions that are only available through fast pass+ and get regular fast pass for rest?

    Hi Beth ~

Disney's FASTPASS Service has now been replaced by FastPass+ (FP+) and the regular FASTPASSES are no longer available in any of the parks.  You can make up to 3 FP+ selections for attractions and entertainment each day at one theme park. You can wait until you arrive at the parks, but I would recommend making your FP+ selections prior to your trip if you are eligible. You can change them later as long as you do it prior to your FP+ arrival window time.

Currently, in order to make FP+ selections prior to your trip, you will need a reservation at a participating Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and purchase your tickets prior to your trip. Next, you will need to link your hotel reservation and your tickets to your My Disney Experience account.

About 60 days prior to your trip, you should receive an email from Disney Destinations letting you know its time to make your FastPass+ selections.

If you are not staying at a Disney Resort Hotel during your trip, you can make your FP+ selections at the FP+ kiosks located inside the theme parks once you arrive.

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about FastPass+ that you may find helpful.

Keep in mind that this system is still in a testing phase so there are adjustments being made as they tweak it along the way.
