    chEARs Jacqui!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask about my family’s favorite Princess - Sofia the First! Just like her, I believe that anything can be a Princess thing, including dance parties, meals, character greetings and more!

Princess Sofia graduated from the Royal Academy in September of last year. Since that time, she has been busy fulfilling all of her royal duties including greeting friends at the Animation Courtyard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. She has been super busy lately, as she has been the welcoming party for some new friends - Vampirina and Fancy Nancy!

Fancy Nancy may not be a princess, but she embraces the “royal” life wholeheartedly! She will make her grande entrée just in time for Disney’s Hollywood Studios 30th anniversary on May 1. She will greet her “amis” in front of her backyard playhouse at an all new spot in Animation Courtyard. Vampirina flew in a few months ago, and since then has had a “batty” good time greeting friends and bogeying down at Disney Junior Dance Party! Disney Parks Blog is the first place we hear about everything, and so far the only thing we’ve heard is that we get the additional pleasure of "Vee" and Nancy, not that they are replacing anyone!

Since your daughter loves Sofia, I suggest you head to Disney Junior Play 'n Dine at Hollywood & Vine. There you can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet (try the frittatas, and save room for the ice-cream sundae station - yum!) as your daughter engages in musical moments with Sofia, Fancy Nancy, Vampirina and more. Sounds like the perfect Princess thing!
