We are visiting WDW with a 4 year-old and wan to bring some of his favorite snacks such as goldfish crackers and pretzels. What is the best way to pack those kinds of things so they get there in one piece? We are flying. Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer,

You have the right idea!  This is a great way to save yourself a little money, and have snacks on hand they you know your little one will enjoy.

I think your best chances of getting these items there in one piece would be to use a small rolling suitcase (i've seen many that are kid sized) and carry it onto the plane.  Leaving the items in their original packaging for transport always helps as well.  Just be sure not to include any liquid items in your carry on.

If you don't want the extra bag to carry on the plane, I suggest shipping yourself a box to your resort ahead of time.  I do this every trip, and it is really a great way to force yourself to pre-plan these items.  I always include some ziploc bags, or the take and toss containers for dividing out the portions once you're there.

    Hope this was helpful!
