Hi! I am visiting WDW for the 7th (!) time next month, and I'd like to do something really special for my mom, either at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom or Disney Springs. How can I surprise her with a neat experience without breaking the bank?! Thanks!

    Hi Adrianna,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a great question, my fellow Canadian! I’m also thrilled to hear that you’re visiting Walt Disney World Resort again, and this time with your Mom.

Because you’ve visited Walt Disney World Resort several times before your visit next month, I think a truly neat experience would be to do one of the Events and Tours at Magic Kingdom Park. My two favourites would be either Walt Disney: Marceline to Magic Kingdom Tour or, budget permitting, Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour. I’ve done both of these tours and they were both wonderful and unique experiences. I’d highly recommend either one for your upcoming visit.

Another fun idea at Disney Springs would be to float high above Walt Disney World Resort via Aerophile – The World Leader in Balloon Flight. I’ve heard that the view from up there is unbelievable, and it might be a really fun way to see the “World” like you’ve never seen it before!

Finally, at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, I’d highly recommend a stop for a drink and a bite to eat at the Nomad Lounge. It’s home to some truly delicious bites and drinks, and I think that it would be a great place for you and your mom to relax, unwind and have a lovely chat.

I hope that these ideas help you plan an unforgettable vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
