I will be visiting WDW with my son & his family November 20-25th and would like to know a good place to have Thanksgiving dinner. The children are 7,5 & 2 so we are looking for something really kid friendly but with a good dinner

    Hi Bonnie,

What a wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving with your family!  I think that Liberty Tree Tavern is the perfect place to have Thanksgiving dinner.  It is located in the Magic Kingdom and actually serves a dinner very similar to the traditional one we usually cook.  It is family style and all you can eat with salad, turkey breast, roast beef, sliced pork, mashed potatoes, vegetables, herb bread stuffing and macaroni and cheese.  For dessert you will have Johnny Appleseed's cake which is a white cake filled with apples and cranberries and topped with ice cream.  I would definitely make Advanced Dining Reservations as soon as possible remembering that you can make them 180 days prior to your vacation.  I know your dinner will be fantastic, and your vacation will be magical!
