Hi! Visiting the 4 WDW parks soon and planning to arrive 30 minutes before opeing for each one. Which parks allow early entry pre park opening? How long would you estimate it takes to get from each park's respective parking lots to the entrance gates?

Hi Tricia! You certainly are an energetic guest to plan on multiple early morning park visits. But honestly heading to them early will give you the best opportunity to experience more without long lines at the attractions so it is a good plan.

The Hollywood StudiosAnimal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom will have about a 15 minute early entry into the park to help lessen the lines at the gates. You will only be allowed to go to a specific point and will not be able to enjoy attractions until the official park opening. During very busy times all parks will allow guests into the park early but it is a day to day decision depending on crowds as to the exact plans.

When parking at the parks the timing will depend on when you arrive and if you choose to use the new Premium Parking option that has been in test mode for the last few months. This option will cost you an additional $15 per day to be allowed to park in the closest parking spaces. If you are a resort guest parking is free so this will cost you only the extra $15. Since this has been in testing Disney can stop the service at any time. You will also be handed a water bottle to enjoy in the park.

Walks from Premium Parking spots can be as short as five minutes as you won't need a tram. On average a walk from general parking to a gate is about 10-15 minutes with or without a tram. It will definitely depend on the location they direct you to park in the lots.
