Hi, we are visiting WDW in October 2015. We are going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Can we make Fast Past+ reservations for the night of the party? Is it allowed or available? We will not be going to the parks earlier that day? Thank you

    Boo to you, Jennifer!

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question today.  Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my all-time favorite special event at Walt Disney World!  You're in for a spook-tacular time!

In the past, Guests with tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party have been allowed to enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 p.m., even though the event doesn't officially begin until 7:00 p.m.  If you can make the timing work, it's a great way to get 3 "free" hours of frightful fun in the park.  Last year, I was able to link my family's Party tickets in My Disney Experience and then make 3 FastPass+ selections in advance for Magic Kingdom during that 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. window.  I can't say for sure that will be the rule again this year, but it's definitely worth a try.  While FastPass+ hasn't been available after 7:00 p.m. in the past, you will still have the benefit of smaller crowds and shorter lines for the attractions during those hours.

I hope that helps, Jennifer, and wishing you a magical time!
