We are visiting WDW in Oct. This is our first trip since FastPass+ was started. We have our Military tickets as my hubby is in the Navy. Will I be able to make FastPass+ reservations before our trip or will I have to wait until our tickets are activated?

    Hi Amy,

We are so happy to see you here on the Moms Panel. It's an honor to help you plan your magical vacation.

For your October vacation, you will be able to make your FastPass+ selections before you arrive. It's pretty simple to add your Disney's Armed Forces Salute Military discounted tickets to your My Disney Experience account. On the back of each voucher, there is a number. Place the individual numbers under Tickets and Passes in the My Reservations and Tickets section of your My Disney Experience account. There will be a Link Tickets button within that section. Just click that button and input the number from each voucher. Once that is completed, your account will be updated, and you will be able to make your FastPass+ selections. Please note: if you are planning to be guests of an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel, your FastPass+ selections window will open 60 days before you arrive. If you are staying off-property, you will have a 30 day window for your FastPass+ selections.

I hope this answered your question, Amy. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me at any time. I'm always here to help.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
