    Dionne Asked

We are visiting WDW March 19-22. My Husband & Daughter (9 yrs) are both 1st timers! We are staying at POR, and have the dining plan as well as the 4 day park passes. We were planing MK on day 1, but can you suggest a plan for the other days/parks? Tha

Ooooh, Dionne, that's a fun question!  I think your daughter is at a great age to enjoy the loads of attractions and magic that the parks have to offer.

My nine year-old son is a huge daredevil and loves all the thrill rides. If she is into that, I would say you will definitely want to hit Epcot for the new Test Track, Soarin', and Mission: SPACE!  Now, as I am not sure if your daughter shares that same interest, there is still lots to do there besides the thrill rides. There is the Phineas and Ferb: Agent P's World Showcase Adventure.  This is an interactive game throughout World Showcase and is no extra charge.  Your daughter could do this for as long as she would like and it is a great way for her to see and explore the different countries while you and your husband enjoy eating and possibly drinking "around the world"!

Hollywood Studios is a great place to experience more excitement and thrills with The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith.  Another fun thing to do there that my kids always enjoy, and maybe you might not think about, is just simply hanging out on Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard to watch the street performers.  My younger daughter loves watching and interacting with them while taking a short break from the rides!

Animal Kingdom also has lots to offer, but my family typically only does a half day there.  Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris and Kali River Rapids are must dos for us.  If she is really into learning and interacting with animals, Rafiki's Planet Watch is a hidden gem only accessible by train within the park.

I hope this can help you determine some starting points to plan your days.  May the magic and memories be around every corner!
