    Joe Asked

We are visiting WDW in July with a 4 yr old. He is a HUGE fan of Buzz Lightyear. Can anyone give me a rundown, or list, of attractions/dining/experiences that invovle Buzz Lightyear? We are staying at A-S Movies.

Hi, Joe!  I don't know of a four year old anywhere that wouldn't love Buzz Lightyear!  Heck, I have a 17 year old who made me wait in line for half an hour two weeks ago just so she could get her picture taken with Buzz!

The first place you'll want to take your four year old Buzz fan is on the Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger ride in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom!  Your little guy can help Buzz fight the evil emperor Zurg as you ride through this interactive attraction!

To meet the man, the myth, the legend himself in person, head on over to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  There is a location called Pixar Place, where you will find Buzz and his best pal Woody signing autographs every day.  The line here can get long, but it is inside and air conditioned, and you will be able to take pictures of some of the scenes as you go through the line.  Buzz also occasionally makes an appearance not too far from his attraction at the Magic Kingdom.

While you won't see Buzz, I can't think of a Toy Story fan who wouldn't enjoy eating lunch at Toy Story Pizza Planet, the restaurant made famous by the movie!  You'll find some arcade games here, and pizza, of course!

Since you'll be at Disney's Hollywood Studios to meet Buzz and eat at Pizza Planet, get there early and get a Fast Pass for the Toy Story Midway Mania ride.  Among the games that you'll play while riding through this ride, you'll find Buzz Lightyear's Flying Tossers ring toss game.  The whole ride is fun for everyone!

Have a great time on your upcoming vacation!
