Visiting WDW 9/23-9/26 for GF's 50th bday. GF only been to MK decades ago, so want to experience newer parks. Based on park hrs was planning EC 9/23, AK 9/24 (6pm event already planned), DHS 9/25 and MK 9/26. Is this reasonable or would you advise other?

Hi, David!  What a wonderful way to celebrate your girlfriend's birthday!  It sounds like you have a great game plan!

I love that you are ending your holiday with the Magic Kingdom.  I have three children, so for us, the Magic Kingdom is almost always the first park we do, but it is truly the crown jewel among the Walt Disney World theme parks, and I think it's a perfect way to end an incredible vacation!

Don't forget to utilize the Fast Pass system, so your wait times are shorter for the most popular attractions (Toy Story Midway Mania at Disney's Hollywood Studios; Splash Mountain at the Magic Kingdom; Test Track at EPCOT; Kali River Rapids at Animal Kingdom).  This will help make the most of your time during your visit to each park.

If you are planning any special meals, don't forget the 90 day advanced dining reservation window.  Many of the popular restaurants will book far in advance, so call as soon as you can when your 90 day window opens up.  Experiences like dinner in the castle at Cinderella's Royal Table, or dinner at Le Cellier in EPCOT book very quickly.

Have a wonderful birthday celebration!  I hope you will both have a wonderful time!
