I am visiting WDW for the first time with a three month old infant. Will the restaraunts allow a sleeping baby in a stroller?

Yes. I have dined several times with a sleeping child in a stroller next to me. However, depending on how crowded the restaurant is, you might have to wait for a table that has an appropriate amount of space around it to fit the stroller.

One of nicest meals I ever had at WDW involved a sleeping child. We had planned to go to a character meal at Epcot with our oldest  who was 2-years-old. She fell asleep in the stroller on the way there, so my husband and I changed the play. We cancelled the characters and had the most lovely and leisurely romantic dinner at Chefs de France, all with our sleeping daughter by our side. And the servers were very nice to pack up a meal for her that she ate later that evening.
