We will be visiting WDW in December, my husband's birthday is on December 24th and we will be at WDW that day. He loves sports, what do you suggest could we do that day, besides is Xmas Eve.

    Hi Karla!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

What a wonderful time to visit Walt Disney World, and to celebrate a birthday too!

There are some great ideas for sports - how about booking a Richard Petty Driving Experience?, or as an escape from the busy theme parks there are some fantastic golf courses.  Or you could make your way to the ESPN Wide World of Sports - for a sports fan, this would be a must-see.

You could end the day with a special dinner reservation, at a signature restaurant like the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort (and if you time it well, you can watch the fireworks from the restaurant).
All dining reservations can be made online, or by calling (407) 939 3463, up to 180 days ahead of time.

Don't forget to pick up a Birthday Button (free of charge) from the Front Desk of your Disney Resort!

If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
