We are visiting WDW in August. My daughter will be 10. We have purchased the dining plan. Can she order off the children's menu? We will have paid for her as an adult, but she will prefer the children's choices.

    Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately, your daughter will have to choose from the adult menu.  However, if you are at a restaurant with a buffet, she is free to pick any item off the buffet.

I would visit allearsnet.com and have your daughter look at the menus for the restaurants you will be dining at.  She can then decide if she would be happy with a choice there or not.

I know my daughters love Teppan Edo in Japan at EPCOT.  This is a traditional Japanese hibachi grill restaurant with steak, chicken and seafood grilled in front of you and served with rice and vegetables. There is not much difference between the adult and child's selection except the amount of food.  This might be a good alternative.

    Have fun in August!
