We are visiting in September with a 4 year old and 20 month old. What are people's opinions on the best character meals available? We already have reservations for Cinderella's castle. Good choice? Where do they get the most character interaction?

    Hi Elizabeth!

You are going to have such a wonderful time, this fall with your little ones, on a magical Walt Disney World vacation. Fall is my favorite time to visit!  I love all of the decorations and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

I really like several of the breakfast Character Dining options.  My kids are usually best behaved early and the Disney friends are pumped with energy striving to really get your Disney day moving!  Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort is always a fan favorite, and rightfully so, but I just adore Cape May Cafe. Another morning favorite would be The Crystal Palace breakfast buffet, at the Magic Kingdom, or the Disney Junior Play  'n Dine at Disney's Hollywood Studios -- Hollywood & Vine.

I wish you a wonderful trip, Elizabeth.  Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family: graduations, pregnancies, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, reunions, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon. I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help add a little extra Pixie Dust to your next magical adventure. Learn More About Lauren
