We are visiting the Polynesian in Disneyworld in June, and have friends in Florida who may visit us for a day in the parks. Will they be able to use the same transportation which we are privy to, or have to find their own way around.

    Hello, Kirk!

You will have such a fabulous time at Disney's Polynesian Resort! It is truly magical, and so convenient, since it is located on the monorail line!

Walt Disney World transportation is reserved exclusively for Guests. However, anyone who wishes to use transportation from any park to any resort, or vice-versa, IS a Guest. For example, folks who visit Magic Kingdom for the day and book dining reservations at Ohana are welcome to use the monorail to get them there. Similarly, if a park Guest at Epcot would like to take a Disney bus to Downtown Disney for some shopping, he or she is welcome to do so as well. Your friends, as Guests of Mickey, are welcome to utilize the WDW transportation system in order to navigate all that there is to see in the parks and resorts!

Have a wonderful trip! Be sure to send more questions as you think of them, too! We love to help!
