Visiting parks january 2, 2019, will parks still be decorated?

    Hi Linda,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

Visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the Holidays is an amazing treat because of the extra layer of Magic everywhere due to its fabulous Holiday decorations. I’ve visited several times during the week immediately after Christmas/New Year’s Day and I’m pleased to report that the Theme Parks retained their holiday cheer during that week, although the Walt Disney World Resort hotels (and their magnificent Christmas trees) were often put away during that week. That being said, you should still find plenty of seasonal cheer during your visit on January 2nd!

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
