A Ride in the Teacups

Hi, I am going to be visiting the park with my 6yr and 4yr on Friday 09/21, just wanted to know if there is something inside the park to rent a stroller or something like stroller lug my kids around when they get tired. We plan to be early and leave late

Hey, Tania! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I like your park touring style! I also prefer to start my days early and stay in the parks as long as I can. You’ll be glad to know that strollers are most certainly available to rent at the Disneyland Resort. Just outside the Disneyland Park gates is where you can rent a stroller for a daily fee. Unfortunately, double strollers aren’t available, so you would need to rent one for each of your children if they both need a break from walking. My daughter is now 5 years old and we intend to continue using a stroller at least through the end of this year. We have found that with so much walking around the parks, it’s really hard for her to keep up without the stroller.

In order to keep the stamina going throughout the day, be prepared with snacks and plenty of water. You can bring food and drinks in with you as long as they aren’t packaged in glass containers, or you can stop by one of the many snack and fresh fruit carts. You might also consider planning some breaks in your day to see a show like Frozen – Live at the Hyperion or Mickey and the Magical Map. This will get everyone off their feet for a bit all while being entertained with great music and characters.

I hope this helps. Have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
