We will be visiting the park June 5-12th with 14 year olds twins- what are some of the best eperiences or special events for 14 year olds, other than the rides which they are looking forward to ?

    Hi Monica!

There are so many GREAT experiences your 14 year olds can enjoy, aside from the attractions themselves. I'll give you a few recommendations for both girls and boys.

My 13 year old LOVES to experience the Behind the Seeds tour at Epcot's Living with the Land attraction. If your kids are 'into' science and technology, nature, or simply enjoy the Magic of Disney, you won't be disappointed by this great, inexpensive, hands-on walking tour of the greenhouses.

Another great tour if they enjoy nature, is the Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom.
An amazing experience to consider for their age is the Dolphins in Depth, Epcot DiveQuest or Aqua Seas Tour experiences. Visit the Tours and Experiences Page for information, pricing and how to reserve these great adventures.

If your twins are girls, consider beginning or ending the day with a visit to one of the many, great Walt Disney World Spas! Mandara Spa offers great Teen Spa treatments.

Boys and girls alike will enjoy taking a Sea Raycer out for a spin at one of the many resorts with marinas offering these experiences. Visit the Marina Watercraft Rentals page for a full listing of locations.

Last but certainly not least, consider spending the evening as a family at Downtown Disney for shopping, a fabulous meal at one of the many dining options, and cap off the evening experiencing La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil!

I hope that some of these idea for teens suit your kids' tastes!
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Monica!
