I will be visiting in October and have multiple family members utilizing different stays including Shades of Green and Florida resident annual passes, can I book dining reservations for all of my party at 180days out?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Matthew!

I’m so excited to read you are planning a magical visit with extended family to the Walt Disney World Resort! Some of my favorite memories are from Disney vacations with my big family. Sharing the magic with those you love is priceless!

Matthew, I have good news for you! You are absolutely able to book your dining reservations for your entire group once your Advanced Dining Reservations window opens. If you’re linked up with all the guests you are visiting with on your My Disney Experience you will be able to link them to the reservation, but if not, hakuna matata. No worries! You only need to indicate the number of guests that will be dining with you in order to book the reservation.

Keep in mind the cancellation policy since as the guest making the reservation, your credit card will be required to hold the reservation and if you don’t cancel within the allotted time period and don’t show, you can be charged per guest the reservation was booked for. Modifying and canceling is easy through the website or mobile app; so, have fun booking all your yummy reservations.

Pro-tip! Be sure to mark your calendar with all your important planning dates, like your 180-day window for Dining Reservations and 60-days for your FastPass+ (if you’re staying inside the magic). Availability is limited, so don’t delay!

Thanks for stopping by. If you have any additional questions or need planning advice, please don’t hesitate to stop by.

    See ya real soon,
