Visiting next month when 10 weeks pregnant! I am a very controlled diabetic and have had no problem in the parks before but wondering if there is a master carb list somewhere so that I can take the guess work out of some meals/snacks & enjoy without wo

Congratulations on your future princess or pirate!

Disney does not typically have grams of carbs or other exact nutritional information available. I have a Type 1 diabetic in my family so I have experienced how difficult managing insulin, activity, and restaurant food can be while in the parks. A few tips, which you probably already know, for helping to keep blood sugar levels steady while at Walt Disney World:

~Prepackage snacks and food items in tend to have nutritional labels printed on the wrapping so they are always a good choice.
~Chefs and restaurant managers are always happy to talk with you. They frequently deal with guests who have special dietary needs and are happy to discuss ingredients and help you anyway they can.
~Use an app such as Livestrong to search for similar food items to obtain an estimate of carb grams.
~Always have juice and snacks with you. I have found blood sugar levels tend to drop suddenly in the parks since we are off our regular eating schedule and tend not to monitor levels as frequently as at home.

Wishing you a magical vacation and a happy, healthy baby!
