I am visiting MK next June with my 9 year old son. Planning on getting FP for Speedway 1st, Splash Mountain 2nd and Pirates of the Caribbean 3rd. Given these are in different areas of MK Can you give me some suggestions on how far apart to time the FP?

    Welcome back, Aliex!

It sounds like our nine-year-old Mouseketeers have a few things in common! Splash Mountain and Pirate of the Caribbean are always at the top of my son's must-do list.

When you schedule FastPass+ experiences, the system automatically gives you one-hour windows for each experience. My family tries to avoid crisscrossing the park, so we try to schedule experiences in back-to-back hours that are relatively close in proximity. For example, you might schedule Tomorrowland Speedway first and plan to visit a few other attractions in Tomorrowland, like Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin or Astro Orbitor before heading to Frontierland. There you can take in a show like Country Bear Jamboree before heading into the briar patch on Splash Mountain. Finally, you can walk to Adventureland for your Pirates FastPass then experience a few other attractions, such as The Magic Carpets of Aladdin and Jungle Cruise.

There are a few other things to consider when scheduling your experiences. If you plan to visit during Extra Magic Hours, crowd levels and wait times are often low. Many Guests prefer to schedule their experiences later in the day when crowds levels increase wait times. Also, keep in mind your family's mealtime preferences or any advanced dining reservations you have made. I hope this helps and gives you an idea of how you can plan your Magic Kingdom FastPass+ experiences.

    Sending lots of pixie dust!
