We are visiting the Magic Kingdom with our 1.5 year old daughter. She is somewhat picky about her drinks and snacks. Can we bring in a small cooler to bring our own drinks and baby-specific snacks for her?

    Absolutely, Melissa!

This is one of the charms of Disney that let's me know they are guest-friendly:  treating me like a valued patron and allowing coolers--filled with food and drinks, if I like--into the parks and not posting "DO NOT BRING FOOD IN" signs like I see so often at movie theatres and ball parks...

According to www.disneyworld.com's FAQs, you can bring a cooler in as long as it is no larger than 24" (61 cm) long x 15" (38 cm) wide x 18" (46 cm) high.

If you're looking for a place for a picnic, our family loves the patio down by the water in front of the Plaza Restaurant.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
