Visiting the Magic Kingdom on September 14, and couldn't get a Fast Pass to meet Elsa and Anna =(. Any idea if they are still without the standby line (heard over the Summer, they were trying out a new process to cut down on wait times?)

    Hi Andrea!

Anna and Elsa are extremely popular right now.  As you might've heard, there was a brief test of a new queuing procedure that was conducted over the course of a few days this past summer.  As of right now, that queuing procedure is not in place, and the traditional standby queue is currently being used as is.

    Could this change?
Possibly.  Walt Disney World constantly gathers information in efforts to improve guest experience.  As of the time of this writing, you'll still be able to access the Standby Queue to visit with Anna and Elsa, but keep in mind, things can and do change, so do make sure to confirm the current queuing procedure.

Also, keep checking My Disney Experience!  Plans can and do change, and there is always a chance that something might become available.  Also, make sure you check out the Disney Parks Blog news about some of the 'Frozen' Summer Fun that will be staying a bit longer at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

    Have a magical vacation!
