Hello, we are visiting Magic Kingdom Park in April. I was curious to know if the Be Our Guest restaurant counter service requires a reservation or Fast Pass, or could we just go there for lunch like the other quick service stops? Thanks so much!

    Hi Keri,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  You are going to absolutely love dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant, the theming is incredible and the food is delicious!

In order to dine at Be Our Guest Restaurant even for breakfast and lunch, you will need an Advanced Dining Reservation for your party.  This dining location is extremely popular and can be difficult to secure a reservation.  Advanced Dining Reservations can be made online or by calling (407) 939-1947 up to 180 days in advance.

If you cannot secure a reservation right away, I would recommend to keep trying.  Other guests change plans all the time and reservations do become available.  I have been able to secure reservations pretty last minute, by being persistent.  If by the time you are at Walt Disney World Resort, you have still not secured your Advanced Dining Reservation, I would suggest heading over to the Check in at Be Our Guest Restaurant as soon as possible and ask the Cast Member if there are any walk up dining reservations available for the day.  Walk up reservations cannot be guaranteed, it depends on the existing reservations for the day, but it never hurts to ask.  Another tip is to be flexible when speaking to the Cast Member, if you are available at off peak dining hours, you may get lucky!

I hope you have a magical visit at Walt Disney World Resort, Keri.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
