We will be visiting Magic Kingdom on March 6, 2011. We have reservations at the Plaza for 3:15. Is there a spot we can watch the 3:00 PARADE and still make our reservation? Thanks

Hi Gabrielle! You should be able to catch most of the parade since the afternoon parade starts from Town Square on Main Street and ends in Frontierland. The Plaza restaurant is right next to the ice cream shop on Main Street so if you want to stake out a spot by there (probably about 30-45 minutes prior to the parade), you'll be seconds away from the restaurant when the parade is over. If you are unable to take the time to get a spot close-by on Main Street, you can probably still see most of the parade even if you are watching behind other people on Main Street.

If by chance the parade route is reversed on your date and leaves from Frontierland, it usually takes about 15-20 minutes to reach Main Street. In that case, you could check in with the Plaza and then watch while you wait for your table to be ready, or if it's ready immediately, order and then run out to catch a glimpse of the parade. I'm sure your server will understand! ;) Be sure to check the times guide and ask a cast member which end the parade starts from when you arrive and plan from there.

    Have a wonderful time!
