Hi! I we are visiting Magic kingdom december 25th, we are from Costa Rica. What do I need to know? Whats that party? What do I need to reserve/buy now? I really appreciate tips, we have 5 year old and 15 monts twins all girls! Thank you!!!!

Silvia, ¡mi compatriota!  Some of my favorite memories from my trips to Walt Disney World Resort as a child are from spending December 25th at Magic Kingdom park.  It was magical!  I will never forget those trips with my mom and brother.

I find it important to point out that this will be a VERY busy day in the parks, so my number one tip for you is to arrive early, preferably before the park opens.  I know this may mean an early wake-up call but I promise you, it will be worth it.  With that being said, you can do a lot with a good plan.  Here are some tips to get you started:

    1.  Be sure to make any dining reservations that you wish to have as soon as your 180 days open.  If you are looking for a special Christmas dinner at Magic Kingdom park, consider Cinderella’s Royal Table or Liberty Tree Tavern.  Since this is such a busy day, I highly encourage you to make a dining reservation for at least one meal.  Dining reservations can either be made online or by calling (407) 939-1947.

    2.  Make your FastPass+ selections as soon as you can.  With valid park admission, guests can select up to 3 FastPass+ experiences per day 30 days before arrival.  Guests with a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package can make their selections 60 days prior to check-in.

    3.  Have a plan.  I like to check out sites such as or to put together a good plan of attack.  Easywdw has great (and free!) cheat-sheets that can be extremely useful in your touring.

Silvia, this day is about enjoying the moment and creating memories with your beautiful family.  I am sure you will have a fantastic and unforgettable time.  If I can help you with anything else, please let me know.
