Visiting Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom with my kids, 1 1/2 & 4! We booked a lunch at Tusker House! Do we have to visit the park the same day as the lunch? Also where do I find times and days of light shows, parades etc..?

    Hi Meaghan!

Tusker House is located in the "Africa" themed area of Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, so the answer is yes, admission to the Animal Kingdom Park is required on the day you plan to lunch there.

You will find a specific Times Guide available for each Park you visit.  These "rack cards" are located along with the Park Maps at the Entrance areas, in Guest Relations, and at most merchandise retailers throughout those Parks.  The Times Guide has information on all attraction and events in that Park for the day.  A Weekly Guide with basic park opening times, closing times, and some additional information can be picked up at the Disney Resorts, or at Guest Relations in Downtown Disney.

I hope this helps!  Have a wonderful vacation and enjoy your lunch at Tusker House!
