I am visiting with a large group to Walt Disney World staying at Art of Animation resort. We have bought dining plans for all members of group over 3 years of age but have a two and a one year old in the group. What are the dining arrangements for them?

    Hi Bill!

So happy to hear that you and your loved ones will be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort! Disney's Art of Animation is a great choice! The larger than life movie icons are amazing! You are correct, the dining plan is not offered for children under the age of 3. As for their dining arrangements, you will need to add them as part of the head count when making reservations so that they may have a seat at the table. When my boys were under the age of 3, I would feed them off of my plate or order off of the kids menu and pay out of pocket instead of using my dining credits. When we visited a dining location that offered a buffet, I would get them a little something on a small plate and the servers were totally okay with that since the kids were under 3. If you have not done so already, I highly recommend that you make your dining reservations. You can make your reservations by visiting the Disney Dining Page or via your My Disney Experience Account. Hope this answers your question.

Did you know?:  Staying at a Disney Resort comes with lots of benefits. One of my favorites are the Extra Magic Hours where Guests can enjoy the parks before they open to the general public and after they close to the general public. Additionally, Disney Resort Guests can make their FastPass+ selections up to 60 days before check-in when you have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation!  Be sure to download your My Disney Experience App for your smart phone!

    Happy Planning!
