Hi! We are visiting Disney with our 10- and 6-year-old daughters. We're planning to spend 4 days in the parks -- two days at Magic Kingdom and one day at Hollywood Studios. I can't decide whether to spend our 4th day at Animal Kingdom or Epcot. Thoughts?

    Hi Jessica!

This is a great question and a hard question.  I think  your children would prefer Disney's Animal Kingdom over Epcot, but I think the reserve would be true for you and any other adults in your party.  A good compromise might be to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom in the morning and then to park hop over to Epcot in the afternoon.  Many guests consider Disney's Animal Kingdom to be less than a full day park so it is definitely something to consider.

If you do go to Epcot, keep in mind that it can basically be divided into two parts:  Future World and World Showcase.  Future World has several attractions that appeal to children; World Showcase appeals more to adults in my opinion.  My children love Future World and can easily spend an entire day there, but they are not huge fans of World Showcase.  If you do go, be sure to see Illuminations.  It is a fabulous nighttime spectacular.

Good luck with your decision, and please write back with more questions!
