Hi I am visiting disney world for 3 weeks in February this year my daughter is turning 13 whilst we are there, I have tried to book fast pass tickets for the meet and greet Anna and Elsa but there are none left my daughter has Asperger's. Any ideas?

Samantha you and your daughter must be getting excited. Your magical vacation is so close, you can almost smell the popcorn popping on Main Street U.S.A.!

I can fully understand the desire for FastPass+ selections to meet everyone’s favorite sisters as the line can get quite long. Do not give up! Keep checking My Disney Experience frequently, as other families change their plans right up until that day. I do not know how many others you are traveling with. If your daughter is the one who truly wants to meet Elsa and Anna the most you may have better luck trying to get the selections for just the two of you. You can also get to Magic Kingdom Park right when it opens and stop at a FastPass+ Kiosk and see if you can get a selection to meet Arendelle royalty that day. You could also try to get in line as soon as the Park opens for the day, with hopes that the lines are not too long so early.

If your daughter has difficulties waiting in line and you want to try the standby entrance, you may be able to obtain a Disability Access Service Card. My fellow Disney Parks Moms Panel friend Missy has some great info on this service.

If you are still unable to meet Elsa and Anna – fear not! You and your daughter will still be able to see them. You can catch them in the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom Park. You can also sing with them at For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration at Disney's Hollywood Studios and just Let It Go!

Wishing a very magical vacation for you and your family, Samantha!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
