I will be visiting Disney World soon with my 9 month old. Since she is under 3 I understand she doesn't need to buy a ticket but does she also need anything to enter the park or fast pass to ride with us on things we have fast passes for? Thanks!

    Hi Lindsey Jane,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question about travelling with an infant. I have such fond memories of my little guy’s first visit to Walt Disney World Resort. It truly was a magical vacation…

You’re right that she doesn’t need a Theme Park Ticket in order to visit the Theme Parks with you. If you’ve made FastPass+ selections for you and the other members of your party, she’ll be able to accompany you through the FastPass+ line and enjoy any attractions that don’t have a height requirement.

A final tip for you: I strongly recommend that you purchase Memory Maker for this trip with your little one so that you can get unlimited downloads of your Disney PhotoPass pictures. My family’s vacation pictures are some of my most precious possessions and our Walt Disney World Resort vacation pictures are even more precious because the ENTIRE family is in the picture. Get as many pictures as you can with your daughter - the baby years go by far too quickly!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
