    Justin from SC Asked

Hi. We will be visiting Disney World in Oct. 2011 and my husband and I will be traveling with our 8 year old son and 9 month old daughter. We are wondering if we will be able to hold our daughter on some of the attractions and also what about rider swap?

    Hello there Justin!

On most of the non thrill rides, yes you will be able to hold your daughter on the ride. So rides like It's a Small World, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, and Haunted Mansion are going to be fine to take the baby.

With the "rider swap" feature at Walt Disney World, when you are in line for a ride with your older child, that your 9 month old cannot participate in, your spouse can go to a designated area and wait for you and your son to ride. Once you are finished with the ride your spouse can "swap" with you and take your son on the ride again without having to wait in the long line!

Here is a handy guide that has the height restrictions for the rides at Walt Disney World any ride the you do not see in the list your eight month old can go on so your whole family will be able to enjoy all at the same time! I hope you and your family have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel! If you have more questions, we are always here to help!
