We will be visiting Disney World the last week of July. I have two girls 17 and 3, Two boys 12 and 5. This will be our first time ever and I wanted some suggestions on what to do and where to go. (no water parks). I am more excited than the kids. Thanks

    Hi Louis,
Sounds like you have got quite the exciting family! We have four kids as well (we are a blended family), aged 15, 11, 7 and 4, so it looks like we have something in common. We love all of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks for different reasons.

The Magic Kingdom gives us all an opportunity to pal around and have fun together. Our boys (15 and 7) love to ride roller coasters while our girls (11 and 4) have more fun battling it out on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin and flying high over the Magic Kingdom on Dumbo the Flying Elephant. We also have a family sweet tooth that we indulge with lots of sweet treats (make a stop at Big Top Souvenirs in the New Fantasyland if this interests you at all), so we have some special goodies we like to share, such as chocolate covered caramel apples.

Epcot is incredible as an activities destination. The kids all love Innoventions East and West and have a great time learning and exploring, not to mention the countries in the World Showcase and Agent P's World Showcase Adventure.

I highly recommend the Kilimanjaro Safaris in Disney's Animal Kingdom and suggest a very early FastPass+ reservation, particularly in the summer months. The animals are most active when it's cool outside, which is in the early morning in the heat of the summer.

Lastly, my favorite ride in Disney's Hollywood Studios is Toy Story Midway Mania, so if you can grab a FastPass+ reservation for that, I think you will really enjoy it. Our entire family also really loves Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show. It's really loud but it's an action-packed show with some incredible stunts and special effects! We always have a great time.

Louis, I hope you and your family have an extra special adventure this summer at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
