Visiting Disney for the 1st time at Easter 2012, a very busy time we know but our choices were limited. Looking for any tips or tricks to making the most of our trip with our 2 boys, ages 9 and 11 (to avoid waiting in long lines) Any help would be great!

Hi Joseph, The two biggest tips I can give you are make meal reservations in advance and get to the park early. Having meal reservations means that you won't be waiting around or wandering aimlessly to get food. Being hungry and frustrated at the same time is a sure way to ruin a vacation. If you have anything that's "reservable" make sure you do this too. This might be a boat rental or tour. Also, 100% sure to arrive at the parks at least 30 minutes BEFORE they open. The crowds will no arrive en force until after about 10:30 - 11:00 in the morning. If you're there early, you can usually work in half a dozen key attractions before you encounter crowds. You may also want to look at the independent website touringplans.com. The folks that run this site are statisticians and researchers who have done some serious testing of the best and most efficient order to experience the rides. With this information, they've created "touring plans" that can get you through the park seeing the most attractions in the least amount of time. Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
