Hi, we are visiting Disney resort fromOct 22-25. My son is 2.5 and loves Micky, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto. I have booked Minnie and friends and also brunch at goofy’s kitchen. I am thinking to just go to one. Which one do you recommend?

    Hi again, Banafsheh!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m really happy to hear you’re planning to enjoy a Character Dining experience during your Disneyland Resort visit! It’s a great way to enjoy a hearty, delicious meal while meeting several favorite Disney pals.

Of the two restaurants you mentioned, I recommend Goofy’s Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel. It’s my favorite Character Dining location at the resort because of its large selection of food and fun character variety. You’ll find an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet that includes Mickey waffles, PB&J “pizza,” an omelet station and a whole section devoted to kids’ breakfast favorites during brunch that I bet your toddler will love! The magical character interaction opportunities at Goofy’s Kitchen will be a big hit with your little one, so be sure to bring along your camera and autograph book. During my most recent meal there, I was able to meet Pluto, Minnie, Chip 'n' Dale, and of course Goofy, just to name a few!

I hope this helps you decide, Banafsheh, and that your family’s vacation is perfectly pixie-dusted! Please send us any other planning questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
