We will be visiting Disney in June. We are staying 1 night at Pop Century and then moving on to Fort Wilderness Cabins. Will Disney transport our luggage from one resort to another? And if so, is there any charge for this? Thanks!

    Hi Edward,

We love to split our Disney World vacations between two different Disney resorts. We often have a hard time deciding where to stay, and this a great way to enjoy two unique resorts in the same visit.

Great news! Disney World will definitely move your luggage from the Pop Century to Fort Wilderness at no charge, although I would certainly tip the Cast Members that assist you. All you need to do is leave your luggage with the Cast Members at the Pop Century baggage/valet area on the morning you are switching resorts. Be sure to let the Cast Member know you are changing resorts and the luggage is a resort to resort transfer. They will tag the bags for you and you will be all set.

Once you arrive at check in at Fort Wilderness, you will be able to have your bags delivered to your cabin. Be aware though, bags transferred from one resort to another are typically not delivered until later in the afternoon. Be sure to take anything with you that you may need that day.

Have a great time at both your Disney resorts!
