    Adriana from CA Asked

I am visiting Disney and California adventure and I will be taking my 7 month old. Will he be able to go on the majority of the rides?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Adriana. Your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is days away!

There are many attractions that you can enjoy with your 7-month-old son. Look for rides without minimum height requirement. When my children were little, some of the rides we enjoyed were:  Heimlich's Chew Chew Train, Mickey's Fun Wheel (not the swinging gondola version!), and Monsters, Inc. Mike and Sulley to the Rescue! at Disney California Adventure Park; and Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Jungle Cruise, "it's a small world", and King Arthur's Carrousel at the Disneyland Park.

On the Disneyland Resort website, or Disneyland mobile app, you can search attractions to find out if there are minimum height requirements. You'll be able to see a brief description of each attraction as well. While there are slow rides without height requirement, sometimes they may be too dark and scary for little ones to experience. I vividly remember my then-toddler son loving Peter Pan's Flight but fearful of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

I hope this information is helpful for you. I wish you and your family a magical vacation, Adriana. Please visit us on the Panel again if you have further questions.

    Sending you Pixie Dust,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

I am a wife and mother to 2 children, a 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I have always enjoyed going to Disneyland Resort as a child and now that I am a mother, I love watching my children experience Disneyland Resort through their eyes. It is a true delight seeing my daughter wear a ball gown walking side by side with Cinderella or my son jumping gleefully after he defeated Darth Maul in a light saber duel! Learn More About Kiki
