We are visiting in August with eight-year-old twins and think they will enjoy trading Disney pins. What options are available for holding/displaying pins besides a lanyard? I don't like the idea of a something around their necks while on rides. Thanks!

Hi, Mary! There are several options available for you and your children.  First, there are hip lanyards like some of the Cast Members wear.  It is a fabric patch clipped to a belt loop, belt, waistband, etc.... These are available at most places you can purchase pins.  Some of the smaller stores or kiosks may not have them. Second, Guests can wear their pins however they like: on jackets, hats, backpacks, or bags.  Be sure your pins are well-secured so they won't fall off, and that they are easily accessed for trading.  Third, and this is what my kids have always done, just remember to remove the lanyards prior to loading the more adventurous rides. Happy pin trading! Have a Magical vacation!
