I visited Disney last december 2011 and had plastic tickets. I am told that the tickets are now paper, is that correct? I am getting them through the rental comapany we booked our house with and just wanted to make sure.

    Hello, Annette!

If your Key to the World Card has your Walt Disney World tickets on them, then, yes, that is plastic. Your KTTW Card will be your room key, as well as your park tickets, if you booked this accordingly.

However, if you have tickets that are not attached to a KTTW Card (my Annual Passes are never attached to my room key) then the tickets are, in fact, paper.

I have to keep my Annual Passes (paper!) in good shape throughout many trips, so I've learned to keep them with my credit card / photo ID, which I tend to keep in a safe, dry place. Treat it as you would a cell phone, or a wallet, and you'll be just fine!

Have a wonderful trip to Walt Disney World! Send additional questions as you think of them; I'd love to help!
