When we visited Disney in 2011, we were able to go to Guest relations and explain that we have three children with special needs- cognitive, ADHD, and autistm. Has that changed at all or will I need to bring documentation from their doctor? Thanks!

No documentation is required.  Simply head on over to Guest Relations as you did back in 2011 and speak with a Cast Member.  He/She will be more than happy to help you and your family so that you may enjoy a most MAGICAL vacation.
