We want to visit one of the water parks this summer, but have a 9 month old. Would it even be worth it to go, or would we be having to do everything in shifts? Has anyone every taken an infant to either park?

Hi, Hilary! You can go to the water parks with your infant this summer, and you can have a great time -- relaxing by the wave pool, floating down a lazy river or in one of the children's areas. However, if you like some of the more thrilling attractions, you will have to take turns in order to enjoy most of the slides and rides. There isn't a Fast Pass option at the water parks, and because of the nature of a water slide with the beginning and end of the attraction usually being far apart, it's sort of difficult to swap out for each ride. I would recommend "camping out" in an area and giving a time frame for whomever is watching the baby. Better yet, bring a grandmother or another adult sitter with you if you can. Another idea is to contact Kid's Nite Out at 407/828-0920 for a childcare provider. If you really want to go to a water park on this trip to WDW, I think you'll have a wonderful time. You'll just have to remember that your experience would entail more if everyone in your traveling party could swim on their own! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
