When we visit in Feb, we plan on renting a car and driving to Disney which is apparently not very far(non-Disney resort). Where is the parking and once we park how is it best to get around? Also is the internal transportation free to everyone?

    Corinne,

It is very easy to get around WDW with your own car.  When you get there you will find that each theme park has its own parking lot and you will have to pay a small fee to use it.  You can travel very easily in between theme parks and WDW resorts using the provided complimentary transportation such as the monorails, buses, or boats.

If you chose to eat at any of the resort restaurants you will be able to park for up to three hours at no charge in their parking lot.
