9/23 - 9/28 visit: The F&W Festival is on our last day - 1)Other than the special events, is there a cost to sample at the food and beverage kiosks? 2) Is this day going to be too busy to use it at our family visit (3 adult, 2 kid (7yr, 9yr))?

    Hi June!

The International Food and Wine Festival at Epcot is a fabulous event!  I look forward to it every year.  There will be extra food and beverage kiosks, representing different countries, placed around the World Showcase Lagoon.  You do not have to pay any more to enter Epcot when the festival is running, but you do have to pay for any of the food or beverages that you want to sample.  Prices vary and you can even purchase some items using snack credits from a Disney Dining Plan.

With regards to crowds, the first day of Food and Wine is indeed pretty crowded.  In fact, all of the weekends are pretty crowded when the festival is running.  However, if you have never been before, I do suggest going just to see what the event is all about.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
