how is a visit to disney in january

    Hi Bernadette!

We visit Walt Disney World in January frequently and we love it. The weather is a bit unpredictable. One year it was unseasonably warm and reached 80 degrees. Another year it was cold and sleeting in the morning (extremely rare for Florida).

As long as you avoid the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend, you will experience low crowds. This is great because you'll be able to walk right onto the attractions without much of a wait. The pools at Walt Disney World are heated, so even if it's a little bit chilly, you can still take a dip.

About six months in advance you'll be able to check out the park calendar, so you can see the hours for the parks at that time.

Book your reservation well in advance so you can take advantage of making your Advanced Dining Reservations 180 days in advance and booking your FastPasses. You can use My Disney Experience to mange your entire vacation and plan out your trip in advance.

    Magically,
    Stacy
