Is Victoria and Albert's worth the hype?

Hi Steven!  I have had the privilege to eat many times at Victoria and Albert's over the years.  It has always been a memorable and wonderful dining experience.  While you are in the restaurant you will be treated like royalty with every amenity of a five star dining experience including a rose presented to the ladies of the group at the end of the evening. The Chef, Scott Hunnel, is a multi award winning chef of the world and the food will definitely indicate that. Don't be afraid to try something new and different and if you should happen not to enjoy it let your server know and they will replace it. They are there to make sure your dining time is one of the best.

It used to be that either Victoria or Albert would be your server and I do miss that they now go with their "real" names. But it doesn't take away from the ambience. You have a couple of dining choices in the restaurant but both must be booked ahead of time. There is a small room off to the side where you can dine or even the chef's table in the kitchen. We have done that experience a few times and always amazed how efficient the chefs are to prepare the meals for the evening. They took time too to explain ingredients and procedures of the preparation.

Children under 12 are not allowed to dine at Victoria and Alberts so if you are looking for truly a quiet romantic evening out during your stay at Walt Disney World then I totally suggest Victoria and Alberts. The cost will be high but it is the only true place where you can dine in a peaceful completely quiet setting. You will forget the hustle and bustle of the park days and love that you don't feel like you are even close to the lines and crowds.  There is a dress code and men must wear jackets but if you happen to forget yours at home they have a few available for you to use during dinner.
