We are vacationing at the Polynesian in WDW in May for 1 week. I ordered some groceries & a box from Amazon to be delivered to the resort the day we arrive. Does the resort charge a 'holding' fee for these items and should I notify the resort?

    Hi Mary,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. They can charge you a fee per day/per package. I did not was always charged, but they can, if they want to. Last time the fee was around three dollars day/package. You better notify and provide the estimate day of the delivery and your arrival date. Next time, use the word “Guest” on the package label. Put the name exactly the way that is appearing on your reservation and if you have space, include the arrival date. Ask for your package at the front desk of your resort and they will point out to you where you should go to claim it.

    Have a magical day!
