    Pam from Nsw Asked

We are vacationing at Disney world in April. We have our fast passes ( not easy to do!!) but we cannot work out how to choose a colour for our magic bands! There is no help anywhere I can find. We live in Australia so can’t ring!! Help!

Hello there, Pam! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for reaching out and allowing us to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort can be daunting with such a large group, particularly when you are traveling internationally! Fortunately, I may have a couple tips and tricks to ease some of your worries!

First, we’re going to log into your My Disney Experience account. Once there, click on the “My MagicBands and Cards” tab. This should be available on the drop-down menu underneath “My Disney Experience” in the top, right corner of the screen. Once there, you should see a MagicBand waiting to be customized for your upcoming trip. Click the “Get Started” tab and confirm the address that your order will be shipped.

Now, you’re ready for the fun part! You will then be prompted to customize MagicBand selections for everyone within your party. MagicBands can be customized with a name or nickname on the inside of the band. You will also be able to choose from eight, solid colors for each Guest's MagicBand. Be sure to confirm and save your choices once you’ve finished making your selections! After you’ve verified your selections, a display will begin showing the number of days you have left to customize your order before it ships.

Pro Tip: When traveling to Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to pack your MagicBands with your carry-on luggage! They will be needed to access your reservation once you arrive in Orlando.

Have fun customizing your MagicBand order!
