I will be vacationing in Disney during the fourth of July holiday. Which park would be the best to visit on the 4th? Is there any particular park that does something expecially exciting for the holiday?

July 4th is one of the busiest days of the year at the parks.  I only have been there once during this time, in all my visits, mostly because it is so crowded.  If you have ever had the opportunity to watch fireworks at the end of the night at either the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, you know how amazing they are, now...double it!!  I am serious, its the most incredible sight.   My personal favorite is Magic Kingdom, a friend of mine will be there at that time, and she and her family are going to sit on the beach at the Grand Floridian and watch the Fireworks.  Enjoy!!!
